The parcels of the estate were divided by a building cooperative at the end of the 19th century and gradually developed. In the 1900s the farm buildings were converted into flats and rented out along with the main building.

At the beginning of the 1980s Pernikářka belonged to the transport company's training institution, which undertook several reconstruction projects. The property is now once again in private ownership and since 1964 is listed as a historical monument.
